This page explains how to request deletion of your No Chaos account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your No Chaos account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Find Your User ID:
    • Open the No Chaos app on your Android device
    • Navigate to Settings
    • Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen
    • Your User ID will be displayed at the bottom
  2. Send a Deletion Request:
    • Email us at support@nochaos.app
    • In the subject line, write: "Account Deletion Request"
    • In the email body, include your User ID

Example email:

To: support@nochaos.app
Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please delete my account.
User ID: [your user ID from Settings]

What Happens After You Request Deletion

Once we receive your account deletion request:

  • We will verify your User ID to confirm your identity
  • Your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 30 days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Please note:

  • Some data may be retained for legal or business purposes (such as purchase records for accounting requirements)
  • Data stored locally on your device will not be automatically deleted. To remove local data, uninstall the app
  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
